🎃 Spice, Smiles & Seasonal Spirit: Halloween Curry Night 2025 🍛

On Wednesday 29th October, Headway Huddersfield and District welcomed a fantastic turnout for our Halloween Curry Night — a heartwarming evening filled with flavour, laughter, and community connection.

Members, families, carers, and supporters gathered to enjoy a delicious spread of homemade curry, vibrant Indian sundries, and an irresistible array of desserts. From fragrant spices to sweet treats, the menu was matched only by the warmth in the room. It was a chance to relax, reconnect, and celebrate the season together.

We were also delighted to welcome Jane from SP Therapy Services, who shared an inspiring update on the Virtual Coast to Coast challenge that many of us joined back in September. Her visit reminded us of the power of movement, motivation, and shared goals — and sparked plenty of conversation about future challenges!

As the evening unfolded, we took sign-ups for two exciting events on the horizon:

• 🎳 Ten Pin Bowling – a fun-filled outing in November for members and families to enjoy some friendly competition and social time.

• 🎄 Christmas Lunch – our festive celebration in December, promising good food, great company, and a few seasonal surprises.

  
  

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to the evening — from our brilliant cooks to our volunteers, and of course, every guest who brought their energy and enthusiasm. These moments remind us why community matters, and why Headway Huddersfield and District continues to grow stronger together.
