F+A Golf Day 2026
Thank You to France + Associates for a Fantastic Golf Fundraising Day
On Thursday 10th September 2026, France + Associates hosted a brilliant Golf Fundraising Day at Bradley Hall Golf Club in Halifax, bringing together teams, sponsors and supporters for a day of friendly competition — all in aid of three charities: Headway Huddersfield & District, Little Hiccups, and Day One Trauma.
We are incredibly grateful to have been chosen as one of the beneficiaries. Every pound raised helps us continue supporting brain injury survivors across Calderdale and Kirklees.
A Warm Welcome at the Halfway Hut
Our Chairman, Adrian Hawley, spent the day at the halfway hut, meeting and greeting most of the teams as they made their way around the course. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with players, share more about our work, and thank people personally for their support.
Huge Thanks to the Organisers and Supporters
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Krissi and Amanda from France + Associates for organising such a well‑run and enjoyable event. Their hard work, energy and commitment made the day a real success.
Our thanks also go to:
Everyone who came along and played
The generous sponsors who backed the event
The team at Bradley Hall Golf Club for looking after us so well
Your support means more than you know.
Why Fundraising Matters
Headway Huddersfield & District is a peer‑support group run entirely by volunteers. We receive no statutory funding, so events like this are vital in helping us continue our work.
The funds raised will directly support:
Four sessions every month for members, carers and families
Our drop‑in session
A monthly trip out
Two online sessions designed to reduce isolation after brain injury
These activities provide connection, confidence, routine and community — all essential for life after brain injury.
Thank You for Making a Difference
To everyone involved in the Golf Fundraising Day: thank you for your generosity, your time and your belief in the work we do. Your support helps us ensure that no one faces brain injury alone.
