Committee Meeting – Tuesday 4th August 2026

Our next Headway Huddersfield & District committee meeting will take place on Tuesday 4th August 2026, bringing together the volunteers and committee members who help shape everything we do for brain injury survivors across Calderdale and Kirklees.

Our committee meets every six weeks to plan and coordinate the work that keeps our branch running smoothly. These meetings play an important role in organising:

• Trips out and member activities

• Speakers for our drop‑in sessions

• Ad hoc special events

• Fundraising initiatives

• Communications to members

• Volunteer support for drop‑ins and outings

  
  

This collaborative approach ensures that our sessions remain welcoming, our activities stay engaging, and our support continues to meet the needs of survivors and families across West Yorkshire.

We’re always looking to strengthen what we offer, and we warmly welcome suggestions for speakers who could bring insight, inspiration or practical guidance to our drop‑in sessions. We also invite sponsorship proposals from organisations or individuals who would like to support our work and help us reach even more people affected by brain injury.
