21 years old!

On the 7th June 2004 Headway Huddersfield & District was established when a group of brain injury survivors got together with the support of family members and carers setting up the branch of Headway - the brain injury association.


Fast forward to 7th June 2025 and we are still going strong thanks to the fundraising our volunteers undertake to cover the day to day running costs and to pay for our drop in sessions and a trip out once a month.


We celebrated our birthday on the 4th June 2025 at a our monthly drop in session which takes place in the Church Centre at the Lindley Methodist Church.
