We know that getting out and about isn’t always easy—and that connection matters. That’s why we host a friendly, informal Zoom drop-in session every 4th Wednesday of the month, open to all our members.

Whether you're a brain injury survivor, a family member, or a carer, this is a safe space to chat, share, and support one another. No topic is too big or too small—from practical challenges to emotional wellbeing, we’re here to listen and connect.
