January 2026 monthly drop in

We’re delighted to announce that our first Wednesday of the month drop-in session returns on Wednesday 7th January 2026 – and it promises to be a truly memorable start to the year.

This month, we’re honoured to welcome:

• Robert’s Presentation – One of our long-standing members, Robert, will be sharing his remarkable journey. As a brain injury survivor of over 20 years, Robert undertook a solo trip to India, an experience filled with resilience, discovery, and inspiration. His story is a powerful reminder of what can be achieved with courage and determination.

• A Visit from a Deputy Lieutenant of West Yorkshire – We’re also privileged to be joined by Chris Brown, Deputy Lieutenant of West Yorkshire, who will be visiting our session. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase the strength of our community and the impact of lived experience in shaping awareness and support across the region.
