Adapted Canoe Taster Session & Nature Connection at Hollingworth Lake

We’re excited to offer members a unique outdoor experience combining gentle activity, confidence‑building and wellbeing in nature.
Join us at Hollingworth Lake for an adapted canoe taster session, designed to be fully accessible and supportive for people affected by brain injury. This session brings together physical activity and “neuropsychology on the water” — a calm, empowering way to connect with yourself and the environment.
After the canoeing, we’ll move into the nearby woodland for a nature‑connection session, offering time to unwind, explore and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
